Return Policy

 

Before Applying for Return/Refund!

Make sure:

  • You Apply for Return/Refund within 3 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging, with all the accessories (if any), in same condition as we sent it to you
  • Product has Return/Refund policy, if any product doesn’t have return/refund policy then it would be mentioned on product details page

Received Defective/Wrong Product?

If you have received defective product/wrong product (for i.e. size, color etc) by Move 2 Mart mistake, or the product is not as per the mentioned description on the website:

  • You can request return and we will issue you refund voucher of same value which you can use for next purchase on
    Move 2 Mart or you can get bank refund (read refund policy and charges below)
  • We will first pickup defective/wrong parcel from your place
  • After receving defective/wrong parcel we will issue refund/voucher once it passes our inspection

You Didn’t Like the Product?

If you have received correct product and you didn’t like the product then:

  • You can request return and we will issue you refund voucher which you can use for next purchase on
    Move 2 Mart or you can get bank refund (read refund policy and charges below)
  • After receving defective/wrong parcel we will issue refund/voucher once it passes our inspection

Refund Policy

If you want bank refund then following conditions apply:

  • Refund will be issued within 5 working days of receving product back
  • Refund will only be issued via Direct Bank Transfer into Customer’s bank account
